Geo773: Field Studies (Germany/Italy/Austria) - Course Fees

The total trip price is $1695.00.

The following payment plan applies after the initial $100 deposit has been paid:

Payment option 1: Make a second payment of $1095.00 on or before April 18, 2018 (by 4:00pm). The remaining $500 will be paid as a Geo773 ancillary fee in addition to your regular tuition in the Fall (i.e. the course ancillary fee for Geo773 is $500 and this covers the remaining part of the total of $1695.00).

Payment option 2: Make a second payment of $547.50 on or before April 18, 2018 (by 4:00pm) and a third payment of $547.50 on or before July 18, 2018 (by 4:00pm). The remaining $500 will be paid as a Geo773 ancillary fee in addition to your regular tuition in the Fall (i.e. the course ancillary fee for Geo773 is $500 and this covers the remaining part of the total of $1695.00).

Please bring a cheque(s) payable to Ryerson University or cash (cheques preferred) to Adriana Gaertner (the Geographic Analysis Administrative Assistant) in JOR632. If you want to leave post-dated cheques for these dates, it is ok. It is however essential that you have funds in your bank account to cover the amount for cheques that you write. It takes Ryerson University up to two weeks to process your cheques. NOTE: A $50 NSF fee applies to cheques that do not go through and will likely result in your removal from the course.

Cash is also acceptable however there is a procedure for doing this. You need to come and see Adriana Gaertner in JOR632 for a deposit slip, then take your $$ and the slip to the Ryerson cash office in the basement of the Podium building (POD66). Then you need to bring the stamped cash slip back to Adriana in JOR632 by the deadline(s) noted above.

The funds that you pay cover only your costs. None of what you pay covers expenses for faculty members on the trip. If there are surplus funds at the end of the field trip, these will be returned to you.
